Fun and inspiring brain training workshops for students who are preparing for exams by enhancing their understanding towards learning and learning styles.  Workshops are not only ideal for GCSE and A level preparation but are also offered to Key stage 3 to begin the process of Independent learning.

The workshops contain many elements covering the accelerated learning model to encourage students to take responsibility for individual learning and achievement working towards becoming strong lifelong learners.

Key stage 3

A foundation workshop geared towards encouraging students to think about how they can learn effectively.  Using the 4 key learning dispositions and accelerated learning approaches to encourage students to take ownership over their learning experiences

Key Stage 4

A workshop to allow students to gain an insight toward their individual learning style and how this can help them with their GCSE years.  With added focus for year 11 upon the importance of getting organized in preparation towards their exams. Throughout the workshop students are taught how to juggle a 3 ball cascade, using this as a metaphor for the learning process, and also reflecting the power of multi sensory learning.

Sixth Form

Advanced workshop with added depth and focus upon independent learning.  Bridging the gap between Key stage 4 and 6th Form – this workshop enables students to gain confidence in approaching the new demands 6th form studies require from them.  Throughout the workshop students are taught how to juggle a 3 ball cascade, using this as a metaphor for the learning process, and also reflecting the power of multi sensory learning.

Workshops can be tailored to suit schools specific requirements and we welcome your response to discuss further what can be offered.  All of our workshops are designed to give your students the tools to prepare themselves fully to achieve the best grades possible for them in their actual exams and to become lifelong learners.
