This role is a for coeducational Church of England secondary school and sixth form with academy status, located in the Chelsea area of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in London, England.

About the Role 

The School Receptionist / Administrator role involves being the first point of contact for the schools main switchboard, visitor management, meeting room bookings, photocopying for pupils and staff plus a range of administrative duties. This is a full-time role and you will be required Monday to Friday from 7:30 am – 3 pm.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have SIMS training
  • Be well organised, outgoing and flexible.
  • Have strong communications skills and have previous experience of working in a similar role.
  • Have a current DBS (or be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check)
  • Have strong ICT skills
